Lowe's continues to arraign their supply chain ineptitude and incompetence on "the pandemic." In store direction very difficult to find and in one case I did they were pretty big-headed, not apologetic and continuing to blame lack of product availability on "supply chain issues." The only supply chain issue I can see is that Lowe'due south cannot seem to take seasonal products in shop in time of the season - such as Jump planting. Went to Lacey'southward Lowe's shop in Washington state and store had Nothing baste irrigation tubing. This material is plentiful and available online, but tin can't go it at Lowe'south. I turn down to go to this store once again to be disappointed by lack of merch and insulted by arrogant in store management.

Does NOT keep their word

Lowes in Huntersville, NC failed to brand skilful on our purchase of a refrigerator. They said they would cost match a refrigerator that was $200 more than the frig we ordered which they mistakenly said they had in stock. Horrible cashier experience

I usually am fairly happy with Lowes, but the one on garners ferry road in Columbia sc needs to get it together. I had a horrible experience with one of the cashiers. Bought some patio stones, and went to pay. Girl had an attitude right from the kickoff. You didn't take a picture of the scan code, she asked. Nope, I didn't know I had to. I take a suggestion for anyone at Lowes who will listen. Now they ring all these sets upwardly separately so the chairs band up separately from the table, but yet we can't buy the more expensive table and still get the chairs unless we pay double the toll for the chairs. That'due south right $210 for 4 chairs with the set, $420 if you lot buy the chairs separately. So all in all Lowes permit an over $g dollar auction walk out the door due to no type of compromise when there own system failed to have the right data. I want to leave this review for Jim at the Rock hill, SC store. I had a window order delivered and one window was missing and one was broken. I spoke with Jim nearly this and he reordered my windows and texted me with the information. He helped to make a bad situation better. Its hard to believe when lowes receives these window orders they don't have anyone checking them. I only want to thank Jim for getting everything taken intendance of. I am glad there is people that still take pride in what they do.
